Support you in your dual roles as parents and teachers. We come alongside you as co-teachers of your students and reinforce the character training you're doing as a parent.
Give your child experiences in a vibrant learning community. When your first grader comes to Greenhouse they will experience the good of what school can be and see other kids co-school too.
Give you space in your schedule. Many parents with first grade students have other young children. Our partnership allows you focused time with your other children while your first grader is with us. If you don't have other children, you'll have time to sip a cup of tea and bring your best self to teaching on the other days.
Focus on the aspects of school that are harder to do at home: practicing presentation skills, working with others, being in a play, and doing science experiments.
Keep the excitement and love of learning burning in your home. What first grader doesn't love teachers who weekly dress up in period costumes, fun science experiences, creating art, and friendships with kids who are on the same homeschool journey!
