Faculty and Staff

Due to the unique nature of our mission – collaboration with parents, servant leadership motif, character development, classical education – there are few formal courses of education that equip teachers for Greenhouse. Therefore, as we "pray in" our faculty and staff, we are open to those without traditional classroom training. We look for those who are passionate about their subjects, passionate about the Lord, and passionate about children. It is a rare person who teaches at Greenhouse. Several of our faculty have a background in conventional classroom settings. Others’ experiences are in co-op and non-traditional settings. Some are certified, some are not. All receive ongoing training related to our particular mission.

Our teachers have taught at Greenhouse for 7 years on average.
